John, You were a great neighbor and friend for many years. Very helpfully and kind...especially to my parents and I thank you for that. You had so many funny stories and were fun to talk to as I grew up across the street. You are gonna be sadly missed...take care my friend, Rob.

John lived across the street from my mom, Louise. After my dad's passing in 2014, he was very good to my mom with snowblowing her driveway and bringing her in the daily newspaper and mail. When he was going to the dump, he was sure to get hers as well - right up until her passing in March of 2017. He was a very kind and caring man. I know he is with the Lord and his wife Phyllis whom he missed so very much. God Bless.

Although we will miss you here on Earth, John, I am so happy for you that you have been reunited with Aunt Phyllis, your beloved " Gabby". You were so devoted to her and if one can truly die of a broken heart, then your love story and pining for your Gabby is a classic example of that. I know she greeted you with a huge smile and open loving arms as did my mom, dad, Aunt Opie, Kenny and Buster- Your camping buddies and partners in crime. I picture you surrounded by all the deer, fish and geese Heaven has to offer as well as all your doggie kids- Tina, Shannon, Chloe, Dolly, Sam....I am happy that you are now well and whole in both body and spirit. Take care, John. See ya later. p.s. I still liked your orange car better! Love, Kim
