Donna will be missed dearly. I love the times she and I had together. Doing her hair for years was a pleasure and she will be missed
I spent many young years on Barnett Mt Road with the Bandy's, they will forever be ingrained as my family and my earliest memories;
Donna making lunch for us all when all we wanted to do was play in the pool ALL day, and her floating right there beside us as we did.
I can't be there today with you all as you mourn this loss but I am sending my love and prayers, as I have since I heard the news. I know you all know she is now in a better place but that does not heal your hearts; nothing will, so love each other, everyday. Call and check in, keep each other strong. Love to each of you, always!
For guidance thru this time of pain and sorrow. The light of god will guide you.
I only knew Donna thru her wonderful children. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May god carry you all thru this difficult task. God bless your families. Trust in god for guidance.
To Jeremy, Derrick, and Jasmine we send our deepest sympathies and want you to know we are lifting you up in prayer every day. Praying our loving Saviour will fill the terrible void left in your hearts with His very best. Our hearts ache for you and her precious little Mother.
As Christians we know death is a temporary seperation from those we love and we will see them again.
Derrick, I bet she is loving the hair off her GRANDSON that got there before she did!!!!!!!!! I bet her Daddy did double back flips when he saw her crossing over Jordan.
We love all of you and pray during this difficult time, the Lord will comfort your hearts as you feel His love and strength surrounding you.
Our deepest sympathy,
Nana Peggy and Jim
Sweet Donna, always to be remembered as a caring mom and grand mom, sister and daughter and friend to all. Thank-you for bringing your family into our families lives. Love to the whole Bandy and Entrekin families. (Lisa Bandy's mom and dad)
In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.
I met Donna many years ago while working for the State of Tn in downtown Nashville. She became a very dear friend, but unfortunately we lost contact with each other after she and her husband moved to the Crossville area. Donna was a beautiful person inside and out. I pray that our Father in Heaven will put His loving arms around her friends and family and they will find comfort knowing she is with Him
I grew up with Donna and her family. I hope God will give her family the patience and understanding to take them through this. Love to the family.
Praying God's comfort & supernatural peace for Donna's children & loved ones.
I didn't know Donna at all however I know some of her friends and relatives and I pray for the good Lord to blanket them in peace and comfort in the knowledge that she is with Him now in heaven and they can all see her again one day. God bless you all.
I met Donna in High School. She became a special friend at that time in my life. I remember driving her and Starr Watson to Old Hickory for some function of the “Rainbow Girls” early one Saturday morning. She was kind enough to allow me to walk her to class and also to take her out to eat or to a movie and I always enjoyed our time together. Not only was she beautiful, she was always first class! Lost touch with her after high school (she's two years younger than me). Many years later, her father transferred membership to Goodlettsville Lodge, and I got the chance to talk with her again (2008). She was so very proud of her children, and expressed how blessed she was and how much she loved being a Christian. I was absolutely floored when I heard the news on TV, and my heart has ached since hearing that news of her passing. My prayers are for Donna's family and friends (and me) to find comfort in knowing that she is now with God in heaven, waiting for the rest of us; and that we will all get the opportunity to be together again if we accept Jesus Christ and live our lives in that manner.
Donna, God loves you and so do I. I will miss you. Until we meet again…
