My prayers are with the family on the loss of Budgie. Will remember the great times with him and Harold at the Gherst House.
We were in the same fraternity at Vanderbilt and I often saw him at the bank when I lived in Nashville. He was one of the nicest people I ever knew.
Budgie was the gold standard of friendship. I was most fortunate in knowing Budgie when we were growing up together in Nashville, and some of my fondest teenage memories are tied to Budgie, including Duncan School, Pi Kappa Alpha at Vanderbilt, and the Williams house on Whites Creek Pike. Kitty hss been our link for the last few years, and I enjoyed Christmas cards featuring children and grandchildren gathered round. What a good man he was, improving life for all who knew him. My thoughts are with his wonderful family.
Budgie was a great guy and always so kind to me. I know that he will be missed greatly by his precious daughters. I am so sorry for your loss. May God comfort you during this difficult time, and may the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.
We still have great memories of "Budge" and his wonderful family. With love and sympathy--Ken & Gail Wilkerson
Jim was a great person and will be missed by his many friends. He worked for many years with my father at First American National Bank.
