Never knew a finer person than Michael Joyce. He was always willing to do what he could to help you, or just to give a word of encouragement. I will miss him.
Please accept my condolences. Frank W Bostick FRHS 65
Patty sorry to hear of Mike'passing. I will always have fond memories of you and Mike, as well as your mom and dad. You were great neighbors.
I will always remember Mike as a true "gentle"man....Whenever our families got together (usually only at weddings or funerals), he was always truly interested in hearing about my family. We have lost another great cousin~~God bless you, Mike.
Patty, so sorry to hear of Mike's passing, it brings memories of our families and how close they were when we were younger. Even though Mike was a couple years older he was always respectful to us younger guys- he was a class act even as a kid and he maintained that through his adult years. We lost one of the GOOD GUYS!
We have lost a fine man and classmate . He was the best, now he is at a much better place with his family and friends. Just imagine this foursome. Mike , Buddy Abbott , Paul Nicholson , and Tom McGee . Four great guys we have lost recently from the class of 1965. My prayers go out to Mike's family. Bobby Garmon
Patty, Steve and Family - we are so very sorry to hear about Mike - our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Mike was a great cousin and will be missed.
Love, Peggy and John
Mike was one of my fraternity brothers at UT, and it's sad that he no longer is with us. Just last spring, I attended a funeral Mass for another fraternity brother at St. Henry's in Nashville, it was good to see Mike again and to get to visit with him after the service. As one of his high school classmates said, I never knew anyone who didn't like Mike Joyce. Rest in peace, Mike, and we'll see you again in the great beyond.
