I just don't know where to start when talking about my dear friend Mac. This man was and always will be one of the most descent and dearest friends that a I could ever meet in life. Much more than a friend, Mac was like a second father, a second grandfather, a brother, a teacher, a councilor, a confidant, and much more than just a shoulder to cry on if needed. It made no difference about where Mac stood at the time, Mac was always Mac. I look at all these comments made here about Mac being a great leader, but let me set the record strait about ole Mac, Mac was a humble servant to all. This world would have a tall order at even to trying to fill his shoes. If indeed our loss is Heavens gain, then most surely God struck gold last week with Mac's passing to there. May God bless my old friend Mac and his family as we all reflect on his life here on earth, but also rejoice and celebrate his graduation into an eternal life that has no more pain nor sorrow. I've made plans to rejoin my friend there someday. This is that "blessed hope" that is spoken of. To Mac's family, My wife and I send our sincerest condolences, and thanks for sharing Mac with us for all those many years.
