Middle Tennessee Social Service Providers have suffered a tragic loss as we have lost one of our fellow laborers in the war to provide Social Justice.

Loretta "L.B." Phillips was a drum major for equality, especially when it came to services for offenders, ex-offenders and those person with special needs. We graduated from Cumberland University MSP program together in 2002.

By her being the Founder and Executive Director of Bridging Gaps and Breaking Barriers (B.G.B.B.) she was a wonderful partner of The LYDIA Society.

Never will forget you L.B. Never!
