I was shocked and saddened today to learn that Marion had passed away. And while I have not seen him nor communicated with him in literally decades, he, as one of my first bosses back in the Intereal days, made an everlasting impression on me. He was dynamic and brilliant and,oh so real!I have always considered Marion as an invaluable mentor for my career life. Simply, he was a fun man and a great man. I shall never forget him. Best to you, Pat.

The Sammis Family mourns the loss of a great friend and wonderful man! I am distraught that I was not at his service as I did not know until today about his death. I don't have enough words to articulate how much Marion meant to me. He was my mentor when I needed one. He was my friend and gave me encouragement when I was lost. I apologize Pat for the fact that our family was not there on Sunday. You will all be in our prayers, as will our special friend Marion. With great love and respect, Gina Sammis
