Bill was one of the best partners that I worked with in patrol, always ready to take care of business, yet if I had a personal problem he would want to help find a solution. He was a great man and officer. He is being missed.

You always made me feel safe as a child. I didn't worry about anything when you were around. You were the bravest person I've ever known. My world has gotten so much smaller since you are gone and that scares the hell out of me. I love you. I only hope you know how much. Wish you were here.

Billy was a good friend to me during my high school days @ Litton. We had some good memories together. The last time I saw Billy he was in uniform and on duty as a metro police office. My condolences to wife, children and all the family. I had looked forward to meeting back up with him at a future Litton reunion. James Coleman
