Marty St.Pierre, 65, formerly of New Britain, currently of Norwich, passed away suddenly on April 13, 2021 surrounded by people who loved him.
Born Nov. 29, 1955 in New Britain, he was the son of the late Lionel (Leo) and Mavis (Bradley) St.Pierre.
Marty was predeceased by his brother Myron and leaves behind his wife, Debra (Hickox) St.Pierre, her daughters, Alexandria Remesch and Sonia Remesch, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many many friends.
Marty was best known for being owner of Marty's Cafe in New Britain and co-owner of The Berlin Station Cafe. Marty will be remembered for his love of poker "The Mayor" of Mohegan Sun poker room, his love of nature, his country and listening to Rush and of course his singing karaoke until the year of 2020!
A celebration of his life will be held Thursday April 29, 2021 at Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin Square New Britain from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Marty will leave a void in many people's lives and his memory will be cherished by those who loved him.
