Please accept my deepest sympathy for the Hunter Family. I first got to know Lionel when he called on us in Gore in the 60's at McGregor Kerr & Co. It is so sad to see our old mates in the industry passing on. Lionel took a small group of us to the best restaurant in Melbourne's China Town one night after the first ever Bledisloe Cup match at the MCG. We had a wonderful time and he was a superb 'host'. Always a pleasure to meet up with Lionel and he will be very missed by family & friends.

To the Hunter Family
A legend lost to the trade - he has joined dad in the factory above us. Always found Lionel a man that talked to everybody. We will sit on our Hunter lounge suites we brought last year in Auckland remembering the days that the men made them at Nancy's corner
RIP
