My heart goes out to ALL the victims love ones. This is a tragedy that should have never happened. I knew one person that was caught in the fire. She is in critical condition fighting for her life. I hope Rhode Island after this tragedy starts to re-evaluate old buildings and get each and everyone up to code so this situation never occurs again.
