My attention is always drawn to news items about the state where I was born. This one I wish I'd never heard. My heart goes out to the victims and their families. We're praying for you here in West Texas. God bless you.

May God bless the victims and their families. A better day will come for all of us.

Revelation 21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Dear Rhode Islanders,

Having lived in Rhode Island for ten years before moving to St. Paul last October, my heart hurts at the news of this awful tragedy. My deepest sympathy to all.

...just wanted all the families to know that I am praying for them. I am a RI native and am currently stationed with the military in TN. I used to frequent "The Station" and am absolutely devastated at the tragedy that occurred their last night.

Please know that I am thinking of you and pray that God places you in his care during this inconceivable hour.

My heart goes out to all who are no longer with us, who are struggling to survive in the hospitals and to all the survivors of such a terrible tragedy. I sit here at my desk at work today and I feel so helpless. It's hard to hold back the tears-actually I can't. I, myself go to many concerts and know that when attending one, it is to be a "happy time" and for just a few hours all that are in attendance are like a "family". Even though I am far away in Colorado, I feel like I have lost some of my "heavy metal" family and am praying for all involved - the ones who perished, and for the recovery, whether physical or mental, of all that were involved in this very very very dark night...Susie Carmen
