Dear John and your family

We were so very sad to hear of the passing of Betty. She was with out a doubt the most beautiful lady one could wish to meet. Her kindness and commitment to her family friends and community was indeed an achievement. She will be remembered in our hearts and thoughts. It was a privilege to have known her.
Please accept our deepest condolences.

Judi and Ian Prince

PACKHAM Betty Betty's service to the Burnie community was outstanding. Her support of community projects has assured their success in making positive difference to the City of Burnie. For over 35 years, Betty assisted practically in promoting activities arranged by community Clubs, raising funds, supporting the needy and inspiring her colleagues with her commitment and enthusiasm. Past members of Lions, in particular, recognise her amazingly practical contribution in assisting with projects to benefit the local community. Her legacy lives on.
