Joe touched my life long ago. I always considered him a friend and we grew up together at St. Al. I always believed in him and he always believed in me. We sang duets together at St. Aloysius and he believed in and inspired me. He was a friend to my cousin Chris who is also in heaven and I remember seeing Joe at Chris' funeral and feeling comforted. Joe was always a great friend to me even after our time in school together. He will be missed but I know he is in heaven with Chris now.

When I heard about the loss of our Joe Buddy, I thought of how precious he was as a child. I also thought about the times he put my patience to the test when I babysat him. I haven't seen him in years, but in recent times ive heard wonderful things about him and the fine young man he had become. My heart is broken for the Brousseau family and all those who loved Joe. May God comfort and strengthen you.

Brian and Jimmy,

I am so very sorry for your loss. The last time I spoke to Jo Buddy he had turned into a wonderful young man. We spoke about his Marine service and his college courses and his future.

I remember him as a young boy so very spunky and full of life. He once spent the night at my house on the old dairy because he heard I spotted a grass snake in my vegetable garden. I think he fully intended to capture and keep it. HOwever, it didn't materialize again. The childhood stories of Joe Buddy are legendary. We all loved him dearly.

I will keep all of your family in my prayers! Peace and God bless you!
