Having worked closely with Barry for around 12 years with ASCOM/EPT, I knew him to always look for the good in people and to value his friends and associates.

Always caring and helpful, a true gentleman.

My daughter met Barry when she was a 3 y.o and through her contact with him over the years, she remembers him as "The nice man".

Good fun, completely honest, reliable and trustworthy.

These things were paramount to Barry in all of his dealings.

He was respected genuinely by his associates.

Gail and I were to have lunch with him on our recent return from overseas but were sadly disappointed to have not had that opportunity.

I felt it a privilege to call Barry my friend.

Barry Norman was a spectacular human being who was generous, kind and loving of all who crossed his path on this journey we refer to as life.

I was blessed to have known him over these past twenty years, having shared some wonderful adventures with him near and afar. This beautiful man enriched my life significantly and will always remain deep within my heart.

Until we meet again, dear Barry, I wish you a safe journey from this little blue dot (earth) to somewhere else in the sunbeam of our universe.

Love and affection always,
Carol Ann
