Dear Heather and family.

Tony Tepper was a much valued regular and active committee member of the Institute of Instrumentation Control and Automation. He worked tirelessly to help the development of his profession through this organisation. His personal focus was encouraging students and young professionals' interest in this specialisation. He ensured during his tenure that student prizes and student involvement was front of mind for the organisation. He was also fundamental to the development of regular activities and involvement with the organisation's senior Fellows. It was with great sadness the Fellows received the news of Tony's passing at one of the regular annual events that he initiated 5 years ago. Tony was a wonderful professional and a gentleman. He will be remembered for his calm, insightful and humorous approach to issues involved in our volunteer organisation. From IICA Melbourne Branch
