David Hickey Obituary

David Hickey, 80, of Dover, Ark., passed away Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, at Dardanelle Nursing Center. 
He was born March 20, 1933, in Dover, the son of Bill and Pearl Hutchins Hickey. 
He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Hickey; parents; brother, Charles Hickey; and sister, Ruby Howard.
He retired after 23 years as a supervisor at Con Agra Foods and was a farmer.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Waldo and husband Glenn of Conway; two sons, Gary Hickey and wife Deanna Hickey of Russellville and Lanny Hickey of Little Rock; two sisters, Pauline Dale of Dover and Ilah Jean Meadors of Alma; sister-in-law, Leota Hickey of Dover; nine grandchildren, Jason Hurst, Wesley Waldo, Adam Waldo, Christie Schultz, Tiffanie Williams, Jennifer Watson, Carrie White, Kylee Williams and Hunter Hickey; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, at Russellville First Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Jonathan Watson, the Rev. Ronnie Morris and Bill Hickey officiating. 
Burial will be at Owens Cemetery by Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. 
Pallbearers are Jason Hurst, Hunter Hickey, Robert Dale, Tracy Price, David Wilbanks and Ronnie Wilbanks.
