Pat and family, Your dad was a very accomplished man. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of grief.
Dr. Moon hired me as his secretary in 1978. He was at that time Dean of Undergraduate Studies at UCA. I'm still at UCA and have this generous man to thank for that opportunity.
Sitting outside his office, I was always amazed at how much time he spent working with his math students who needed help. Dr. Moon wanted to make sure each student understood the principles before moving on. It was obvious that he cared about his students and about UCA. The picture of him in this guestbook is exactly as I remember him and always will.
Thanks, Dr. Moon, for all you did for me.
It is with great sadness that we learned of Dr. Moon's passing, but to us he will always be Buck because of our friendship with Buck and Virginia. We remember many happy days spent together during college days in Conway in the fifties and later in Knoxville. Virginia, Debbie, Pat, and families, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
So sorry to hear of Dr. Moon's passing. He was one of the best professors I had at UCA and a fine man as well. How fortunate I was to know him. We will meet again!
