I met Linda when we were in Junior High. I had just moved to DuBois from North Carolina and she was the first person to stand up for me when some classmates made fun of my accent and quirky mannerisms. She was outspoken and a riot to be around! We remained friends throughout High School and I attended her wedding. We always got together when I would come home for the Holidays after I married. Linda was a woman who was outspoken, unabashed, and delightful to be around. I am so glad that we were at the same table at our 50th Reunion. My deepest sympathy to her entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Linda was a beloved classmate whose spirit and spunk was a joy to all of us. She will be missed terribly by those she has left behind. But we can find peace in the great promise that we will be reunited with her when we reach Heaven ourselves. Hold on to that promise in the months and years to come. God bless all of you who loved her so dearly.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to school with her and she was a kind and friendly person who I remember smiling as she greeted people. She was kind and funny and so proud of her family. Her job here on earth is complete and she is free of her pain.
