Dearest Anita, We send our very deepest sympathies for your loss. B was a tower of a man. Now he finally rests in the peace. We wish you strength and love during this difficult time. XO, The Carozzas

Mr. Bianco was a favorite neighbor and best Italian chef in Palm Springs. He was the first man to give me a bouquet of flowers on the day of my first Holy Communion. That day will be treasured in my heart forever. I love him and miss him
dearly. Love, Elizabeth Dreisbach

The entire Dreisbach family in Palm Springs and throughout the USA mourns the loss of a good man, and we extend heartfelt sorrow to Anita and Gino and grandsons.

We came to know Mr. Bianco when he and Anita owned the world's best deli---right in Palm Springs on the corner of Indian and Alejo. there was always a warm welcome, wonderful Italian food and beautiful music. The Bianco family brought happiness to all who entered---but first you had to love the Italian music!

We came to learn about his courage and valor during WWII. Although he was Italian American, he had to fight against fellow Italians in Europe. He fought and suffered in the horrific trenches, and did the scary parachute jumping into enemy areas at a time when parachute jumping was horrendous.
It was because of brave men like Mr. Bianco who made great sacrifices that the Allies won the war and saved the world from further loss of life and destruction.

We are all indebted to Biaggio Bianoc.

He was also a very, very thoughtful generous man. One day I was preparing a meal for the entire high school football team at our house, and Mr. Bianco showed up unexpectedly with a large pan of meatballs and spaghetti!

I know he dearly loved his beautiful Anita, and all his boys.

May God bless the soul of Biaggio Bianco and grant him eternal peace.

Dear Anita: Your loss is great, but know you will survive. My heart goes out to you, and think of you often.

Biaggio Bianco was an extraordinary man.
During WWII he, as an Italian-American, had to fight against Italians in Italy. He had to endure the physical hardships of the trenches. As a paratrooper he was called to brave the high jump into enemy territory. Biaggio was heroic and men such as he are to be praised as the most valiant in our history.

He and Nita also once had the world's best Italian deli on the corner of Indian and Alejo in Palm Springs. The food was outstanding, the music always beautiful and the happy welcome was precious.

Once I was cooking a meal for the entire high school football team and Biaggio came over unexpectedly with a enormous pan of meatballs and spaghetti. He was so generous, so thoughtful.
I know he truly loved Nita and his boys.
God bless the soul of Biaggiio Bianco.
We all loved him.
