As friends of Peter we read with sadness of the passing of George but are comforted with knowing he passed into eternal life with the Lord. Although we did not know George, after reading his story, we know how proud you must be of him. And for his service and for Anzio, he is also on my wall of heros. Peace be with you Peter and family.

Though we did not have the pleasure of meeting you.
We knew how wonderful you were by the stories your daughter Lynn shared with us. You were and always will be a beautiful part of her heart and the hearts of all who loved you. May you rest in peace. God Bless your soul.
Heaven has a bright new angel in heaven.
With deepest Sympathy

I always loved when Uncle George came to Pennsylvania. An impressive man. He had style. Loved to hear stories from him. I asked about the war, but Uncle George never gave up much. He told me about his first combat experience. That was enough. It

really sticks with me even today. He then would tell me the funny side of it all. I will truly miss him. My Uncle. To Aunt Margaret and my cousins, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
