If I could play the horn half as well, I'd be happy. I have one of his trumpets and home...I think I'll put it out tonight and play some notes for him.

Dear Carol and family,
I am truly sorry for your loss.
Leroy was such a nice guy. He and I were in the Desert Winds Freedom Band together these past few years. We are better for knowing him and he will be greatly missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. I will miss Leroy greatly, having played trumpet next to him in both the Desert Winds band and the Debonnaires big band. I always enjoyed his stories and his good humor. He will be missed and remembered.
