Ann Louise Josalle
Ann Louise Josalle, age 92, passed on to be with the Lord, on Friday September 29, 2017, after a brief stay at Bella Casa in Palm Desert, CA. Born in Seattle WA on October 12, 1924 to Gene and Florence McGovern. Raised in Los Angeles, CA. She attended Catholic schools during her younger years. After high school she met the love of her life, Ted, who was a bombardier during WW II. Was married on June 11, 1942 in LA, where she raised her family and worked in the fashion industry, and ended her working career at Technicolor. In retirement she volunteered in the Catholic Church. Lived in Heritage Palms for the last 18 years, where she made many friends, at church, Jazzercise, the neighborhood, and enjoyed her family.
Left to honor Louise and remember her love are her two children, Sharon Rockel, and Ted (Cass) Josalle; six grandchildren; Tracy Rockel, Carla (Jamie) Marchut, Brad (Juanita) Robertson, Jason Robertson, Nathan Josalle, Amanda (Seth) McReynolds; six great-children; Sophie, Lyla, Olivia, Cody, LaChelle, and Cameron; her brother Bob (Mary) McGovern; and many nieces and nephews. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Ted.
There will be a funeral Mass for Louise on Friday, October 13th at 10 am at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on 47225 Washington Street, La Quinta, CA. Lunch will follow and directions will be available at the church.
Louise was loving and gracious. She will be greatly missed and "forever 29".

Louise will always be remembered as a beautiful, gracious, vivacious woman. I can't recall EVER seeing her without an adorable smile on her face and this is the lovely way I will so fondly remember her.
