Grateful for a mutual friend, Steve Page, to have forwarded the news of Bill's passing. I will in turn make the news available to others who knew him. He and I were team mates of Bill's on the P.V. High Swim Team. I knew Bill going back to Little League, where we were team mates on the Tigers as nine and ten year olds with our dads coaching the team. Also our dads were long-time golf "cronies" at P.V. Country Club where Bill and I grew up apart from baseball playing golf and enjoying our dads' membership. I remember Bill fondly, and am saddened by his passing at a far too young age. His family and friends have my sincere condolences.

I was not as lucky as others, I joined the poker group after Bill moved but I was very fortunate to play with Bill two times and he was just a great person to play with. I always hoped that he would be well enough to play again. He was a great player and a better winner!!! He will always be remembered as the "Commissioner"
My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this very tough time but I am very confident the family has many great memories.

God Bless

Rob

Megan & family & friends, I am truly sorry for the loss of Bill. My husband Dave Osborne was very fond of him as a friend & enjoyed poker night with him & the guys. May he rest peacefully.
