Neil was appointed as Agriculture Teacher to Canowindra Central School in 1974/5, where I was Principal. He was a fine professional teacher, talented and conscientious, and well-liked and respected by his students. In the 1980s and 1990s he served in NW Region, as Head Teacher, Deputy Principal, Board of Studies Liaison Ooficer, and Principal. He remained throughout his career, the same humble and enthusiastic officer of the Department, highly regarded by all. My condolences to Wendy and family.

Frank Fisher,
Mornington Vic
