Grace Russo
Grace Russo, 91, passed away on July 9 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 14, 1922 in New Rochelle, NY, the daughter of the late Otto Moschillo and Josephine (DeVito) Moschillo.
Grace is predeceased by her husband, Dominick Russo.
She is survived by her beloved children; Connie Scalise and her husband Richard, John Russo and his wife Susan, Joanne Wood and her husband Mark, Dean Russo and his wife Kimberly; ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Besides being a homemaker, Grace was a proficient seamstress. She enjoyed cooking authentic Italian food for her family and friends. Grace treasured spending time with her family, had a great sense of humor and brought lots of laughter.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, July 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford. Inurnment will follow at St. John's Cemetery, Darien, CT. Relatives and friends may call at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Avenue, Stamford on Monday, July 15 from 4-8 p.m. To leave a condolence visit www.lacerenzafuneralhome.com

Richie, Johnny, Joann & Dean - My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your Mom. I have fond memories of her from when we were growing up. She may be gone from this earth but always in your hearts. I pray our Lord is embracing her and will help you all through your difficult time.
