September 19, 2001
It is September 12, 2001 and we wake from what we think is a horrible dream. Someone, a nameless, faceless coward, came on to American soil and tried to take something we as a nation fought for 225 years ago. Something we have fought for every day since.
FREEDOM!

It is a week later and for the past week, we have forgotten that we are African-Americans, Irish-Americans, Italian-Americans. We are just Americans! It is time for all Americans to become passionate again about being American. It is time we show the world we can stand united and fight for the very thing we fight for every day.
FREEDOM!

My heart is sad for all the broken families, the broken friendships, a broken Nation. My heart is proud for all the Americans who have come together to rescue, recover and rebuild this broken Nation. My heart prays for all the families and friends directly affected by this. My heart prays for all the Americans. My heart prays for…
FREEDOM!

Several years ago when I lost my Mother I asked How Will I Ever Get Over This? A very elderly friend replied to me You Will Never Get Over This But You Will Learn To Live With It. To all who were affected please believe God will see you through this. My heart felt sympathy goes out to you and the World. We Will Survive. God Bless America.

I am an American Indian and have always been proud to be an American.
My chest just wants to burst because
of the pride I feel today. I didn't lose any family members or friends directly. I feel the pain of all those who did and will forever be changed like so many Americans. My father served in the Air Force for twenty plus years. He taught us to always be proud of our great country
and what it stands for. He could not prepare us for this. No matter how hard he tried. God bless each and every one of you. United We Stand!

I have watched the news over the last week and the horrible tragedy that has took the lives of so many "innoncent victims". My heart goes out to each and everyone of you who lost a loved one during this "hate crimes". May God bless you and always be in your hearts. I know death doesn't come easy to anyone of us that is left on to deal with the lost. We are strong and together we will carry on.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL !!!!
