Dr. McAdams was a major influence in my turn to University teaching, 20 years after graduating from the Johnson School. Among a community of excellent teachers and advisers at Cornell, he was the tops.
His brilliant analyses, and ability to apply theory to the 'real world' influenced me throughout my career, from consulting to marketing to teaching.
As a teacher, we all hope to be remembered like Dr. McAdams, a great influencer of young minds. His success is not just what he accomplished, which is immense, but also what his students accomplished, and what they became as citizens of the World.
In these regards, Dr. McAdams' legacy has an embarrassment of riches.
I am the better from your instruction, Dr. McAdams.
