HOW DOES ONE PUT INTO WORDS SOMETHING THEY NEVER WANTED TO SAY. HARD TO REMEMBER SOMEONE WITH TEARS WHEN HE WAS ALL ABOUT LAUGHTER AND FUN. WE ALL HAVE BEEN SO BLESSED TO HAVE KNOWN HIM EVEN THOUGH THE YEARS WERE CUT FAR TOO SHORT. I KNOW MORE THAN ANYTHING HOW MUCH HE LOVED ALL OF YOU. YOU WERE HIS LIFE. SENDING ALL OF YOU LOVE, HUGS AND PRAYERS

The Clines Family. I can't express how sorry we are for your loss.
I've been trying to explain to my 13 year old daughter Madison, exactly what the Clines family has meant to me as well as the entire Baldini family. I finally realized that words cannot do it justice.
We love you and all our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love John, Kim , and Madison

Dear Fran, Megan & Lauren,
I just learned of your loss this evening when I got home from work. I will always remember Jim's smiling face and his great sense of humor. The last time I saw Jim, he so graciously welcomed me into your home - even though my visit was not expected. It seems like only yesterday that our children were in daycare together, which lead us to a friendship that I will always cherish. The day our son was born, you took care of Jennifer and came to the hospital to celebrate with us. The next year, I remember how we shared with you the excitement of Lauren's birth. When we moved from Ithaca, I missed all of you so much. I am so grateful for the time our families spent together. I know how much you all meant to Jim. He was a wonderful husband & father. I am sorry that I missed the services for Jim. I will be in touch.

Dear Clines Family, Blessings be with you, May you never walk alone; when your world is spinning round and round may an angel come and hold you. Keith and I meet Jim when the girls were moving into their dorm at UNC. As we were coming out of the dorm, Jim said to Nicole, do you want to go for steak tonight? and they both laughed. an inside joke. It touched my heart to hear them banter back and forth, Keith and I are sorry for your loss and you are in our thoughts and prayer,
Dear Fran, Meagan and Lauren,
I am so sorry to learn of Jim's death. How well I remember his welcoming smile as I arrived at my hockey seat in section K year after year. Please know that I share your grief as we all mourn his loss.
With love and sympathy,
Jim was a true townie always postive and funny.
To the Clines Family,
I knew Jim in high school and will always remember him as a class act. Funny, fun and kind. So sorry for your loss.

The Clines family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of your family and of Jim. My heart felt condolences to your family.
Dear Clines Family,,
My heartfelt condolences go to each and every one of you. I was blessed with being Jim's "bird dog" in the 06' flood in Binghamton.. By the end of our stint my stomach hurt from laughing so hard and little did I know I had acquired a new life long friend. He adored you all and talked about all of you so proudly. I was in complete shock this afternoon when I found out, and very saddened that I will miss his services. But on a final note, after hearing of his passing I got in my car tonight upset, crying, I turned on the car and the radio was blasting some crazy goofy song,, and I thought Okay you got me Jim, I'll pull up my big girl pants and carry on.. He will be missed by so many. All my love, Mary
Fran, I'm a little lost for words to express my sorrow at this time. The Ithaca Community has lost one of its best. Every time I saw Jim, I knew I would be smiling from what he had to say. I played golf with Jim at Newman for a number of years and how I loved Wednesdays in the summer when it was time to play golf. Jim will be remembered by me and so many others for a very long time. I am so sorry for your loss. Will miss the funeral only because we are out of the country.
My sincere condolences to the entire Clines family. I'm so sorry for your loss.
We are so sorry you lost Jim. He was a gem -funny as all get out.
Fran, Megan, Lauren & Family -
My heart goes out to each of you for your loss of Jim. I can't count the number of times during my 40 years at NYSEG that he would get us all laughing because of his great sense of humor. We could hear him coming and knew he'd make our day better because we'd all end up with a smile from his stories. There was always that mischievous smirk when we knew he was up to something. When union questions arose, he was always there to help. I'd chuckle just seeing him at the Cornell men's basketball games. Such a wonderful human being he was and will truly be missed. The cherished memories of your love and happy times will be kept deep in your hearts. Each of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Fran,Megan & Lauren Sorry to hear about Jim He always had his smerk on when ever I saw him
Fran and family, I cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. I worked at NYSEG for 40 years and have known Jim since he started there. He has always been a good friend and co-worker. I can always remember on a down day at work, him coming in the office, and saying something to get us clerks going. He loved to tell stories of his daughters. Not sure which one it was, but he told me he needed to buy a cell phone business, his daughter was continuously losing her phone. First he bought her one for her losing it off the boat in the Lake, and then again, and again. All the time making us laugh. He loved his family so much. I have great memories of Jim and I feel blessed I got to know him and work my last ten years with him in the gas dept. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Fran, Lauren, and Megan, Jim was a sweet guy, and will remain for me, a model for buoyant, fun, and loving perspective on life. It was really nice knowing that Alessia had (has, actually) your family in her life; the loving spirit of your family that produced Lauren played a real piece in Alessia's growth, and for that there are no words to express my gratitude. I will remember Jim!
Mom, Aunt Fran, Megan, and Lauren,
I'm so sorry I can't be up in New York this week. You all are in my thoughts during these tough times. I prayed for you all at church this Sunday. Love you all. My memories with Uncle Jim will never be forgotten.
Mom, Fran, Megan and Lauren,

Fran and family, We are sending our deepest sympathy and praying you will be comforted with the many precious memories of your husband and Dad. The words we have read tells us what an exceptional man you have had and will keep close at heart. Let the love you all have give you strength and peace during this difficult time. With many caring thoughts, Brent and Deb Andrews, Lowman, NY
Colleen, Kevin and family, sorry to read of your loss. My prayers are with you during this difficult time. Sadly over the years our ways have parted as lives take separate paths. However Aurora Street and Parker Street will always be home. Your cousin, Sheila (Casey)Drake
My thoughts and prayers go out to Jim's entire family. He will be missed.
Colleen, I am so sorry for your loss. Since I live so far away and as we all get older, I read the hometown papers. I hope and pray you are all blessed in the years to come with good health and love. A childhood friend from Immaculate Conception School.
Jim was one of the most incredibly hysterical people that has ever walked the earth (that I know of), and, though he'd be loathe to admit it, one of the kindest, most generous people I've ever known. His presence was constant and he was unforgettable - if you played lacrosse in Ithaca, NY, you knew Jim from day one and you saw him every day after. Despite his proclaimed distaste for my dog and the myriad times his jokes were at my expense, I will miss Jim immensely.
Fran, Meghan and Lauren, my heart and prayers are with you. I am so sorry for your loss - I hope you are able to find some comfort in the memories of everything Jim meant to so many. I love you all very much <3 Danielle

It was my pleasure to know Jim through the years, and I don't believe there was ever a time when our paths crossed and Jim didn't leave me laughing.

Jim truly was one of the good guys.

Jim's "wit" ah yes, what a jokester. I'll never forget when he first came to NYSEG. Jim was pushing the mail cart by the department I worked in...he came in and lifted his pant leg to show us all his crazy Christmas socks. Gotta love a guy like that! He will be missed for sure..... RIP Jim.
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Prayers going out to you all at this sad time in your lives.
I already miss you dearly, Uncle Jim. No one else on this planet could make me laugh the way you did. I will miss my random texts messages, reminding me to stay out of jail, and voicemails(so long that when time ran out to record the message, he would call right back and leave a second one to finish!). I know your hanging out with The Big Man upstairs and watching over the people closest to your heart. I couldnt forget you if I tried. I Love You.
Aunt Fran, Megan, and Lauren, I want YALL(lol) to know your on my mind, always close to my heart, and forever in my prayers. I Love You all very much and want yall to know I am here for anything you may need. <3
