I was so saddened to hear of Art's passing. I saw him about two weeks ago at the VSO. I was able to tell him how much he helped me with my VA Claim. At that time, he was passing out flags, I presume for placement on veteran's graves. What he had written up for me 12 years ago was the document VA approved for me to get my 100% disability. He was a wonderful person and vets here know how much he'll be missed. I'm a better person for having known him.
