I always looked forward to seeing Uncle Charles. He greeted all the ladies with "you sweet thing" and the guys with "you rascal". He was a treasure.

I lived down the road from Charlie Binkley in my middle/high school years. We always crossed his pasture to go over and ride. He allowed us to ride horses with him and I remember many a wonderful trip down Bryan Road, back down Lisa Drive and the cut through to Rotary Park - over to K-Mart and through Don's Donuts on horseback. He was a wonderful man and well respected by all and made learning and loving horses fun. RIP Charlie - and thank you for all the days of riding and learning to train that you shared with me.

Charlie was a special man during a time in law enforcement and schools. His great sense of humor and ability to handle situations was special. He will be greatly missed in our community. Carl masters

Charlie loved everyone that he met. His smile and jokes just made my day! You will be loved and missed, but never forgotten! Love always!
