May you rest in peace miss Lonnie, it was such a blessing to know and work with such a sweet angel. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers. Say hello to my Mom and Dad. Will see you on the other side.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
So sorry for your lost. Our church comes to visit and sing every month. Ms Lonnie was always so sweet and enjoyed the children so much. Praying for you all.
Ms. Lonnie will be missed at the Nursing Home. I would visit with her when my Aunt, Mary Robinson was also a patient there. When I had my school students there in May of this year, she really enjoyed singing with them.
My deepest sympathies are extended to her family.
Sincerely, Mary Irvin

Willette and I have been friends and classmates since we were in the 5th grade at Roosevelt. We shared so many fun times together. She had a loving and caring heart and dearly loved her family and friends. Although her passing has been painful for those of us left behind I can only imagine the joy she experienced yesterday when she was reunited with her parents, sister, and son! What a glorious reunion they must have experienced! I talked to her almost every night on the phone for the past year. She ended every call with an I love you......I loved her and will miss her more than words can express.
It seems like just last year that we were all happy kids togeth at Roosevelt Elementary School. I remember Willette as a very sweet child hood friend. I knowo that you will miss her. Wish I could have known her as an adult. From all the messages posted here it seems as though her sweet personality carried on through her adult years!
