My heartfelt sympathy to you. As was the case when Van went home to our Lord and Savior, I am sure that you feel that it is bittersweet. We selfishly grieve for ourselves because of our loss, but on the other hand, we are excited for our loved one because he/she is no longer suffering. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers as you begin this new phase of your life without your precious wife, Carla. She was a very special person, and I am better today for having known Carla Ray Lively. May God bless and keep you and give you peace.
