My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your time of loss. Hank was responsible for my employment at the District. That employment has made my retirement comfortable for me. I owe what I have to Hank. He was a major influence in my work at the District. His passing is a major loss to me. I am sure he is using his Engineering knowledge with God. May God Bless his family at this time of his passing.
