I couldn't have asked for a better mother-in-law. Gloria was always so nice to me, even when I was just a young thing dating her boy :). Over the years, she never forgot an occasion, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The kids always loved to get a few dollars in their birthday cards, even when they were too old to get a few dollars in their birthday cards. Over the last few years, she told me that she loved me like a daughter. That truly meant the world to me.

To my beautiful mother, the only thing that can comfort me is to know that you are with our heavenly father. I miss and love you so very much. You were such a wonderful mother and my best friend. I loved our last months of laughing and teasing together and I think of you almost every minute of the day. I also take comfort in knowing that you are reunited with Jack and your mother and father. Still it is very difficult not to be able to hug you or kiss you and whisper in your ear to remember your prayers when I kissed you good night. Never forget how much you are loved, and don't forget your prayers.
I know I will be with you again,
Rena

My Dear Mother-in-law,
People like to complain and joke about their mother-in-laws. I would like to say I had the sweetest and kindest mother-in-law anyone could ask for. She always treated me like a daughter, and never acted like I was not "good enough" for her son. Thank you for your love and kindness. You will be missed and fondly remembered.

My name is Sandra and I am Gloria's first born daughter. I've been told that God judges by the heart. So I know that when he looked into my mothers heart she got the most beautiful place in His Kingdom. I love you Mother and you will be greatly missed.

To my beautiful grandmother:
You have been so close to me ever since I can remember and I have so many things to thank you for.
To name just a few: Thank you for always being happy to see me. Thank you for always knowing what the weather would be like when I would call you before school. Thank you for always having a new Disney or Shirley Temple movie for me to watch when I came to spend the night. Thank you for always making my bed and cleaning my messes. Thank you for walking me to school when I was scared to walk alone. Thank you for calling me first thing in the morning to sing me happy birthday every year. Thank you for always sharing your fudgesicles. Thank you for always leaving your door unlocked and never expecting anyone you loved to knock before entering. Thank you for always being home, ready to greet me with a smiling face. Thank you for teaching me how to pose in a photograph so my legs look good. Thank you for always having a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you for never, ever yelling at me. Thank you for remaining a warm, shining symbol of absolute love, comfort, and acceptance in my life and the lives of everyone who loved you.
These things and so many more I will remember for the rest of my life, and look forward to sharing with my children someday. I will so sorely miss all the little things that one does not appreciate until they are gone. I will try to live up to your example of a truly giving woman. I love you grandma.
Your grand-daughter,
Jamie

To my beautiful mother, You will be missed every day for the rest of my life. I was so blessed to have such a wonderful mother and I am so happy that I told you that all of the time. You left this earth knowing that you were very loved by all of your family and friends. Through you, a lot of God's work was done, helping others and always giving. I am sure that God has welcomed you home with open arms.
I love you, your daughter Rena
