We offer our condolences for our Tio Pancho late because we just found out today. Our mother is Dolores Sandoval Vargas and we are her daughters Juanita Vargas Balli and Tencha Vargas Flores.

We will miss our uncle "Tio Pancho" very much. We will always remember him when he used to have his service station and later his used car lot. He was always a giving man and I told him he reminded me of Johnny Cash. I will always remember about 15 years ago when I was driving home from the university where I was attending classes. To save time I stopped at the HEB in Alamo. I saw him there and I stopped right behind and started singing "Si Adelita quisiera ser mi esposa . . ." He immediately started singing the song without turning around to see who it was. He also helped me start my battery with cables one time when I was stranded in Alamo. I gave him some gift certificates so that he could go have breakfast at his favorite restaurant. I loved him very much.

My most sincere condolences to the Sandoval family. I will always remember him as a gentle giant. He was very well loved by the citizens of Alamo. I had the most respect for Mr. Sandoval. God Bless him & all his family. Frank, Mateo, Olivia & Gonzalo, all the Robert G. Balli family send their condolences. I am in California at the moment but will keeping you all in my prayers.
