John Geller was one of my history teachers at Austin Prep in Michigan. He was such an inspiration to me. I later went on to get a Masters degree in History at the University of Detroit because of History teachers like Mr Geller. God Bless him.
John was my teacher at Austin Prep in the 60s and colleague there in the early 70s.
A very smart and gracious Catholic gentleman.
Sorry to hear of John's passing. We played tennis together in high school. John taught me how to play golf at Pine River CC with his dad Norman's hickory shafted clubs. I haven't seen John since high school. but I thought of him now and then. Peace be with you Mary. I don't know if you remember me. John and I were GOOD FRIENDS. Love and regards. Rondell (BUD) LYTLE
What a delight knowing John and having the privilege of praying the weekly Rosary with him at St. Martin's.His enthusiasm and sometimes sharp wit will be affectionly remembered. We pray for the repose of his soul and God's comfort to his family and friends.
