Karen L. Cooper, age 71, of Shepherd, passed away Monday, October 28, 2013 at the Isabella County Medical Care Facility in Mt. Pleasant.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 7 p.m. at the Berry Funeral Home with Karon Latham officiating. There will be visitation on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Karen was born May 27, 1942 in Breckenridge to Kermit and Dorothy (Curtis) Scholl.
She is survived by two daughters, Kendra (Dana) Curtiss-Tomoski of Shepherd and Karie (Paul) Webster of Shepherd; along with six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Connie Rybarczyk; and a brother, Phillip Scholl.
