CJ was a great guy, a rock of a man who warmly welcomed me to the 926th and was a key to making it a great unit. May all who loved him be at peace.

Your family was one of our first friends when we, the Floyd family, moved here from Texas back in 1965. My dad worked under your dad at the 926 unit at the base. I can remember the fun we had on Sunday outings to Madisonville ... I learned about eating grits "the right way" from your dad. I always think of him when I eat grits.
Our thoughts and prayers are with y'all during this difficult time.

To the family of CJ,
I am Larry Roselle's daughter. CJ and my dad were real close buddies at the 926th. I knew CJ too and recall his friendliness, his caring heart as well as his delicious cooking. I can imagine how happy CJ is now reconnecting with his wife, other deceased family and deceased friends. I pray your sorrow is sprinkled with times of joy as you reflect on this wonderful man's accomplishments in his life on earth. He now enjoys his eternal life.

One of the GREAT guys of the 926th; it was pleasant to be around him; the many beer kegs at the hangar; our fishing trips to SW Pass; I recall one fishing trip; he was on my boat; the water was boiling with BlueFish; I heard a splash; CJ had fallen into all those bluefish; when I looked around, he was already back in the boat, that quick; Great times.

I am a former hydraulic technician who worked with C.J. He was a great American who liked to pick on people but not in a mean way. All he wanted was to make people happy and feel good about themselves and life. I will really miss C.J. like I miss my own father. He is with God in Heaven now. God bless him and my condolences go out to his family.
