So sorry to learn of Doc's passing. Our families knew each other and he made an impression on me as a true renaissance man with his many interests and talents, who lived life with great gusto. Even though my dad was also a doctor, it was Doc who gave me a tetanus shot after a dog bite; and gave my brother the needed shot when he had a bad allergic reaction. Doc was larger than life and his life will be greatly missed by his friends and family to whom I offer my condolences. Hope he is singing God's praises in the heavenly choir now with the angels and saints.

Sorry I just found this. Dr. Padua was our family's beloved physician in the 60s and 70s in Kenner. It is because of him that I myself became a physician.

Dr. Padua was our doctor as kids. I vividly remember his office, and remember the emergency visits when we were little. So very long ago. My Prayers and Condolences to his Family. God Bless.

Dr. Padua has gone home. For him I'm glad for his wonderful family I'm sad and sorry for your loss. May your lifetime of memories comfort you in the coming days. I worked for Dr. Padua in the 70's and he was quite a man. He was generous, kind and kept the office flowing with his high energy! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dr. Padua was our family doctor. It seemed we 5 kids were always getting stitches and Dr. Padua was always there for us. He was a kind and caring man and I am so glad to hear that he knew the Lord.

To his family and everyone who loved him please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss. My mom worked as an RN for Dr. Padua and he treated us like family. He was so good to my mom and generous to our family. He was a great man with a wonderful sense of humor and a very caring Doctor. He was well loved fun to be around and lived a good life. The last time I saw him he was on rollerblades in the French Quarter having a blast. I feel I've lost another piece of my life with his passing but it's good to know he lived a good life. Rest in peace Dr. Padua, some old friends and loved ones awaits you in Heaven. Sincerely, Jerry Keeley

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Padua family. All of his children and grandchildren. I had the pleasure of working for him on Williams Blvd. in Kenner for many years. He and my Mama were long time friends in their younger days. I can remember him coming to the house for my grandfather when he was sick. He was fine doctor and a fine human being. I'm so very sorry for your loss and wish I would have gotten this notice much sooner. May God be you all and give you the strength to cope with your loss. My deepest sympathy goes out to you all. Sincerely Phyllis (Dunn) Branigan
