Arvidson, Francis (Franny)
Francis Charles Arvidson, 65, passed away peacefully Jan. 16, 2013, at home. He was born on May 15, 1947, to the late George and Mary Arvidson. On Dec. 6, 1985, he married his wife of 27 years, Jean (Burnette) Arvidson.
Fran was a truck driver for Fox Valley Iron Metal & Auto Salvage.
He is survived by his wife, Jean; three sons, Chris (Susie), Ft. Scott, Kan.; Brian (Colleen), Ashland, Wis.; and Scott (Stephanie), Oshkosh; and a stepson, Steven Burnette, Minot, N.D., whom he loved and treated as his very own. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Dylan, Garrett, Cody, Porter, Lilly, Axel, Hailey, Tylor, Brittany, Heather and Andrew. He is also survived by a brother, George (Judy) Arvidson, Des Moines, Iowa.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at the Oshkosh Kingdom Hall at 3343 Omro Rd., Oshkosh, Wis. All friends and family are welcome.
