He was an incredible teacher. I use to play chess with him and Mr. Bond when the rest of my class mates were learning French. :) He was an inspiration and will be missed.

Mr Mcclellan, Mr Bonds, and Mr Peters were the bedrock of my education at St Hugos. Thank you for your wisdom and love of life......Heaven just got a wonderful addition to the chess club....Mr Bonds and Mr Mcclellan taught me a love for chess in my youth, and I thank you for that.....Heaven just got a chess club that became a lot more fun.

How saddened we are to learn of Ives' death. Our six children were fortunate to have had Mr. McClellan as their teacher at St Hugo's school. He was a wonderful teacher & mentor for many dedicated years. Our sympathy goes out to his family and friends. We are remembering him in our prayers.

Mr. McClellan was one of those teachers that you never forget. I reference him every year to my current students. He continues to make an impact through the lives he has touched over the years. Thinking about him brings a smile to my face. I will never forget "green slime" either. Many of you may remember. He will never be forgotten. RIP oh great one! Praying for his family!
