Dear Uncle Jerry, I am so sorry for your loss. Every time we came over you and Janet so kindly welcomed us, it really made a difference. I have such fond memories at your house. Whether it be 4th of July events, Christmas parties, or just coming over to chat, I always had a wonderful time. She will forever be in our hearts.

Dear Jerry and Bernie,
I was so sorry to hear of Janet's passing. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
I recall how warm and welcoming Janet was, opening her home for the Cronyn/Ahearn reunions she hosted over the years.
May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upon her. May God bless and comfort you and all the family.

My sister Lindy and I lived across the street from the Ahern family on Quincy in Detroit in the 1940's and 1950's. Janet was one year ahead of me at St. Gregory and Nedra was in my sister Lindy's class. We reconnected when she and Jane were attending St. Columban Church in Birmingham and lost contact when she and Jerry moved again. My sincere condolences to Jerry and Bernie and her nieces and nephews. The Aherns were/are a special family and Janet was a real standout. I will watch for information re the memorial mass or you may contact me [email protected] on e-mail. Sending prayers and hugs......
