Len and I were pilots together in the 70th Division Aviation Section USAR. Spent a lot of time together in the cockpit. A true American Hero

I met Len in the 7th grade thru mutual friends Mary Desparois, and Andy Zarow! He always showed respect & support to family, friends,& the flag of our country. This is the legacy he left for all of us . He knew what was important in life, and took care of it. With that, he earned all the fun he could pack into a day enjoying his hobbies and companion dogs. I will never forget you friend.

Len was a recruiter at the 70th Division, US Army Reserve when I met him in 1972. He actually swore my husband and I into the unit as the first husband and wife team, and I was the first female (WAC). At that time Len was also a pilot in the 70th Division's Air Section as a Reservist. He later became a Budget Analyst with the unit, and prior to his departure from the unit trained my husband, Terry, as his replacement. I have many wonderful memories of Len, he had such an impact on our lives. Sending prayers to Sara and the family.
