It is with great sorrow that we learn of the passing of Roger. We worked together at GMC Truck in ASCOM years ago. Roger was a delight to work with, always there, always willing to try and do new things, and always smiling. Can't believe that one as young as he was has left us, too soon!

My husband and I have know Roger for years. My husband, Andy would help Roger with projects around his home and we both enjoyed working with him on his garden this past year. Roger was a good cook and a great caner. My husband loved his pickles and sauerkraut. I loved his jams. Roger was looking forward to canning peaches this year. Roger reminds me of a peach, soft on the outside and sweet on the inside. Every time I each a peach I'll think of Roger. We'll both miss him dearly, but I'll miss him saying.... "See ya Sweetie". May his reunion with his family be better than he expected.

My husband and I have known Roger for many years. We've enjoyed working on his garden with him, and reaping the rewards of it too. Roger was a great cook and excellent caner. My husband's favorites were his pickles and sauerkraut. My favorites were the jams. My husband would help Roger with fixing things around the house. I would drive him to doctor visits when Norm couldn't. Roger talked highly about his friend Norm. Roger was looking forward to canning peaches this year. I will think of him every time I eat a peach from now on. They'll remind me of Roger, soft and fuzzy on the outside, and sweet on the inside. Will miss him saying "See ya sweetie". Back at you Roger, xoxo.

I worked with Roger many years ago. He was a good friend when I needed one & always had a shoulder to cry on. This world needs more people like him.
