John was a wonderful, kind, and loving man who's legacy will never be forgotten. He would have moved heave n earth to help anyone need, even if it 'bending rules a bit! Linda and Grant, you were very cherished, may God be with you

I have very fond memories of John Loyle--he hired me for my first job on the Harbor 17 years ago. My children grew up sitting on Santa's lap at the annual Christmas parties at the Transition Center, and I will never forget standing on my front porch in the pouring rain smoking cigars with John and my coworkers from the Transition Center. Thank you, John for the opportunity you gave me 17 years ago--I wouldn't be where I am now without it. His life made a huge difference for so many of us--we were lucky to know him. Sending best wishes to his family and friends. . . .

John will be sorely missed by his friends and colleagues throughout the state. His work supported so many Washingtonians who have benefited from his tireless devotion to the unemployed. He leaves a legacy of compassion and excellence within our system. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones.
