I had no idea 32 years ago, when I met you on my first day of work, what good friends we would become.
Over the years, I learned that you were a man who treasured and valued your family more than anything in life. You set high goals for yourself and stayed on track to achieve them.
When we visited you after your transplant, you told us you goal was to stay strong and be around to raise Grant. You did it John!
We saw each other thru weddings and births (yours and Grant), the passing of our parents, graduations and so many fun trips. The memories are endless.
I thank you for all of the mentoring and support you provided over the years. Its those memories that will always make me smile when I think of you. May you rest in the peace you so deserve.
