Gord as we called him,was our friend for over 40 yrs.He drove me in our wedding car to the church in 1969.He decided to stop the car right in the middle of the road to the church, saying it had broken down, everybody honked at us and then he said ,as he restarted the car,Oh the car is okay. This was Gord always made us laugh he will be missed. But we are sure he will be making somebody laugh in Heaven.

Gord,we'll miss your humour, laugh, the knock (when you remembered) on the door to say you were visiting, usually at dinner time, but most of all we're missing you. A great friend, generous in all ways and the most annoying person to play table tennis against. No doubt it's why you won so many games. A fond memory is the day you asked us to go visit the Rolling Stones at Maple Leaf Gardens, one of them owed you 20 pounds from your days managing Phil and The Ramrods gig at Cheltenham Town Hall. We had tickets to Mariposa Folk Festival and passed. We missed out on your evening with The Stones after the concert and the stories you laid on us made us regret it even more. So many memories from so many years, all good, you are missed my friend. Roz, Moyra and Fraser Fulwell, Toronto

Gordon was a close friend of mine. He was like an Uncle to me. We had so many great times together. I miss him very much. I will miss our phone calls but most of all his humor. I will never forget him.

Gordon, or Great Uncle Gordon as he liked to be called by Tom and Adam, will always be in our thoughts. He was a great character, funny, out going and cheeky, a real loveable soul! He always took great care of me on my visits to Canada and gave me and my boys a real holiday to remember last time we were there. We will miss him and his unexpected visits to the UK.
