On behalf of the members of Saint Patrick's Parish in Campbell River, British Columbia I would like to send condolences to the Rossiter family, his Oblate Brothers and the many friends of such as special and inspiring member of the clergy. We had the pleasure of watching God's graces revealed to us by Father Joe on two occasions. We will keep him in our prayers and know that he will continue to pray for us.
Thank you Father Joe for your example of a faith filled life.
