Even if you only met Chic once or a few times, you would never forget the experience. The obituaray said that Chic was a host extraordinaire, and I can't think of better words. Chick and Dee hosted a BBQ once for our softball team that goes down in history as the best BBQ of all time. Our hearts and prayers go out to the Barrieau family.
Commander, thank you so much for allowing me to be part of your family during my youth. I will always cherish the memories of the time spent with you and your amazing family. I send my sincere condolences and love to Dee, Ernie, Cheri and Tom.
Even though I only met Chic a few times, he touched my heart. I will always remember him with a great fondness. My heartfelt condolences to Dee and the rest of the family.
As A kid Mr. Barrieau was my little league coach, and I must say that booming voice was kind of scary at first, but once we got to know eachother, he was great! Even after he had retired and I was in High school he would always stop me on the street just to check up. My prayers to the entire family. Clay McBride.
Grandpa you brought more love, joy, strength, wisdom and advise into my life than most people will ever experience. You're forever and always my hero. May they salute you daily in heaven. "From Maddie and Jackson, Papa we love you. Please take care of our dog Wilabe"
