On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), we offer our sincere condolences to Sherrie, GiaVonn, Dana, Kennathian and all of Ken's family and friends as you grieve his passing. May God whisper peace into your hearts, comfort and heal them. We are grateful for Kenneth's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service on the USS Bugara SS-331 and USS Remora SS-487 and to the Mare Island Base USSV as a Life Member. To our “Brother of the Dolphin” … "Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. May you rest in peace and may God bless your loved ones who remain. Thank you for your service to our country." -- Rev. Ray Fritz, National Chaplain United States Submarine Veterans, USSVI.

Kenny, I will miss your big smile. You and Dee always made me feel welcome in your home. Your wonderful children will carry on your legacy. You and Dee did good. You are gone but not forgotten.

I was very sorry to learn of another family member from the ole neighborhood passing. Our families knew each other many years in south Vallejo. We had great childhoods, his family on Porter St and ours' on Third St. God Bless the family, loved ones and friends.

To the Fountain Family,
Words fail to express our feeling of loss for such a wonderful, loving and caring man. From PG&E to special friend; such a presence, such a way of bringing a smile... such a glorious laugh. We will truly miss him.
